– WEDNESDAY 9/11 – rehearsal 2:45 PM to 4:30 PM
– dinner & a movie (bring $5.00 for pizza) Do Homework!!!
– sectionals 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM
– rehearsal 6:00 PM to 8:45 PM (under the lights)
– THURSDAY 9/12 – rehearsal 2:45 PM to 5:00 PM
– FRIDAY 9/13 – 2:45 PM to 4:00 PM rehearsal
*PEP BAND – FOOTBALL GAME AWAY* (sign-ups in Band Rm.)
– 4:00 PM – dinner & a movie (bring $5.00 for pizza)
– 5:15 PM – departure
– 10:30 PM – return NWR
– SATURDAY 9/14 USBand COMPETITION
Edison HS, NJ
– 12 noon – sectionals
– 12:30 PM – rehearsal
– 3:15 PM – load truck
– 4:15 PM – load buses (bring a bagged lunch/dinner for the bus ride)
– 4:30 PM – departure NWR
– 6:00 PM – arrival Edison HS
– 6:30 PM bathrooms
– 6:50 PM unload buses
– 7:05 PM move to practice area
– 7:15 PM sectional (tuning)
– 7:35 PM run through
– 7:45 PM basics and shoes (load trailer)
– 7:55 PM move to gate
– 8:03 PM – performance
– 9:21 PM – awards
– 10:00 PM – departure from Edison HS
– 11:30 PM – arrival back at NWR (unload truck)
– 11:45 PM – dismissal
ATTENDANCE Remember that Marching Band is a VARSITY ACTIVITY and all rehearsals, football games, competitions and any other performances are MANDATORY. Please adjust your schedules accordingly. (Perfect Attendance
