The District Leadership Team has recommended the following goals based on the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan. 

Academic Development

Engage in professional learning and collaborative planning to strengthen classroom instruction through purposeful lesson design and research-based teaching strategies. Our focus will include exploring and implementing grading practices that reflect student mastery of content, skills, and habits of learning—aligned with the indicators of our Portrait of a Patriot.

Promote a culture of professionalism and accountability by holding ourselves to high standards in our daily actions, interactions, and responsibilities. Together, we will work to instill a shared sense of pride in our school by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and respectful learning environment—demonstrating through both behavior and physical space that we are proud to be Patriots.

Community Engagement & Communication

Strengthen partnerships between North Warren Regional, local businesses, and the broader community to create meaningful opportunities for students and promote the positive impact of our school. Through these collaborations, we will also identify and highlight the achievements of recent alumni to inspire current students and showcase the lasting value of a North Warren education.

Finance

Develop and present a fiscally responsible and stable budget that supports the goals of the Board, district, and schools. Ensure the financial planning process is transparent and accessible to the community, providing clear communication and meaningful opportunities for feedback and engagement.

Facility

Upgrade and maintain school infrastructure to ensure a comfortable, safe, and secure environment for all students and staff. This includes a focused effort on improving the physical appearance of the building, grounds, and shared community spaces to create a clean, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our pride in North Warren Regional and supports a positive experience for students, staff, and visitors alike.
